Selection Criteria

Person of good repute.
No criminal record.
Have the capacity to undertake advertisement, publication and promotion of the Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment Programme globally.
Have had a number of years’ experience working within the migration/citizenship by Investment sector.

Application Fees

Annual licence fees are payable by January 31st of each year.

A person applying for an initial promoter licence after January 31st in any year may pay a prorated fee on application for a licence with the Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment Board.

Promoter Application Fee: US $500.00

Promoter Annual License Fee: US $5,000.00

Commissions are paid to promoters on every successful application under the

National Economic Fund - 10% -20%
National Action Bond - 10%
