PROCESSING OF APPLICATIONS REMOTELY

In our effort to halt the spread of COVID-19 and keep our staff, families and community safe, our offices as of March 24th, 2020 have been closed until further notice. However, we will continue working remotely in the processing of applications as our existing processing platform is so designed to allow us to work remotely. You are therefore not to submit any physical applications and documents to our office.

All applications must continue to the uploaded on our portal to allow us to review and submit to the Board for decision. Subsequent to this Notice, we have written to you on the various steps and what is required to ensure that the processing of applications remotely, is done in a smooth and efficient manner.

All staff will be available to respond and address your concerns/queries during our usual working hours from 08:30am to 16:30pm Monday to Friday. You can continue to communicate with us via email and telephone/cell number as you usually do. Our main line at 1 (758) 458-6050 will be functional and will be answered by our receptionist within the hours and days given above.

We ask that you and your family remain safe at this time.
